Ordering Conditions & Procedures
This is a brief summary of our ordering conditions and procedures. Please click here for a more detailed explanation of customers' rights and responsibilities.
Purchase
Your purchase of any of our titles includes the right to use the tapes for classroom or other group showings in educational settings, though not for theatrical or other presentations to the general public where admission fees are charged. You may also show the program over a closed circuit system within a single building or contiguous campus only. For information on rights other than these please give us a call. Copying of programs in any medium or format is not permitted without advance authorization from Fanlight.
Rentals
Rentals are available on most videos, and are $60–75 for one day, or $120 per week. Please contact us for availability. Programs are shipped via UPS to arrive no later than the business day before your show date. They must be shipped back the business day after your show date. On request, one day's prepaid rental fee is deductible from the purchase price.
Discounts
Discounts are available on most multiple film orders. Please contact us for further information.
Previews
Fanlight Productions offers free previews to qualified buyers so that they may evaluate the content of our programs and determine their suitability. This service is provided as a courtesy to our institutional customers; the preview tapes supplied are for making purchase decisions, and should not be shown publicly or in the classroom or other instructional setting.
Preview orders must be placed by mail, fax, or email using a purchase
order number or institutional letterhead. They are scheduled on
a first come, first-served basis. Our preview tapes are labeled
"For Preview Only" and may be of lesser technical quality
than our sale inventory; they should be returned to Fanlight Productions
Media Library in New York after the preview period has ended. If
the program is purchased, we will send a new, uncirculated copy.
Please Note that previews are not available on certain titles, and
that we are unable to ship previews outside of the United States.

International Orders
Customers from outside the United States should contact us before ordering to avoid any delay in processing.
 Rights & Availability:
While we hold the worldwide distribution rights to most of the titles
in our collection, there are a few titles that we are not authorized
to sell outside of the United States. In the event that we do not
hold the rights for your country we will gladly provide you with
the contact information for the appropriate distributor or producer
of the program. In some countries, local distributors represent
many of our programs. To see the rights and pricing information
for a particular film, go to the individual film page on this website.

Previews & Rentals: We regret that Fanlight cannot offer previews or rentals of our films outside the United States. Previews or rentals may be available from a local distributor in your country.
Formats & Standards: All of our titles are available on VHS, in the NTSC standard used in the United States. If you require a PAL or SECAM copy, there will be an additional $60 fee for standards conversion.
Shipping: Our international shipping fee, outside North America, is US$35 for the first program, and US$5 for each additional tape. Delivery can be expected in 2-4 weeks for NTSC tapes, or 4-6 weeks if you require a different standard.
Payment: Prepayment is required for all international orders. Our secure server on this website accepts MasterCard or VISA, or you may print out our order form and mail it with your check or money order in US funds to:
